Shipping Information

 Uptown Pups utilizes USPS and for all orders shipped in the United States and Canada.

 Shipping Time

 Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be processed before being shipped from Uptown Pups. If your item is not in stock or on backorder, Uptown Pups will contact you to advise of the shipping delay. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery time once your item has shipped.

 Shipping Rates

 Free Shipping:

• United States – Orders over $25
• Canada – Orders over $40

Flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

•  United States – $3 shipping
• Canada – $8 shipping

 Wholesale orders qualify for free shipping on all orders over $150.

 International Shipping

 Currently offer international shipping to Canada. Please contact us if you are located outside the United States or Canada and would like to buy our product.
