What’s your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, exchanges or store credit are accepted within 30 days from the date the order is placed. We do not accept exchanges/store credit on items after 30 days. For our full return policy please check Return Policy.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, currently ship to any address in the United States and Canada. If you are not in those countries and would like our product, please Contact Us.


What are your shipping rates?

We offer flat rate shipping to both the United States and Canada. Shipping in the United States is $3. Shipping to Canada is $15. Wholesale accounts qualify for free shipping on all orders over $150. All packages are shipped via USPS. For more shipping information, please visit Shipping.


How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Simply fill out the wholesale registration form. We review all registrations and will notify you when your account is approved. Most accounts are approved within 1-2 business days. You must have a valid Reseller Certificate number to be applicable for a wholesale account.
